You can choose any number of licenses of our software for your PCs and readers, as well as the option to rent our proven equipment (hardware). Based on a short phone consultation, we'll gladly advise you on how to choose from our plans and equipment exactly what you need.

After ordering software within your selected plan and payment, we'll send you access to an online cloud account to the specified email, where you'll set your own password, and then find installation files for your PC and readers there. We don't physically send software.

Within your online account, you'll download the necessary installation files from the LISW cloud and immediately install them on your own PCs and readers (the number of device licenses depends on the selected plan). Nothing complicated or time-consuming. If you don't have your own equipment, you can borrow it from us.

You can of course use your own if it covers the entire space where your inventory takes place. Alternatively, you can send data from a space where signal is available and count without connection. You can of course rent a powerful router within the package or separately.

In your online account in the "Clients" tab, you'll fill in information about your company (name, Company ID, VAT ID...), define the column order for importing products and importing your inventory. Then you'll also define what the final file should look like after inventory export. And you have a company profile. That's all.
Doba trvání: 5–15 minutes (depending on inventory complexity)
If you have employees on site during inventory who are in different positions and should have greater or lesser rights in the system or should be assigned their own section, you'll list them in your online account in the "Users" tab. They'll then receive an email and set their own password for the software.

In your online account, you'll fill in basic information about the inventory, such as its location, start date, manager and other details. Then you'll select inventory settings according to your preferences (scanning, unknown items, etc.) and upload your file with the item database.

Points 2-7 above are usually completed by our customers in their online account on our website within 1 hour. And then it's up to them whether to start inventory immediately or prepare everything in advance and start later...
As needed, you'll divide the spaces where inventory will take place into smaller sectors (rooms, aisles, shelves, shelves) and label them with location stickers that you'll print - you'll find the sticker file in your online account. You'll then set up those same locations in the PC after logging into LISW.

After preparing inventory in the cloud, you need to move to the already installed desktop application. Here you'll log in, download the inventory and then connect the PC to the same router as the readers for data transfer.

After preparing inventory through the online account and in PC (locations), your employees will log into readers where they'll have LISW inventory software, download the item table you've prepared for them, connect their readers to the same router for data transfer...

Now you have a prepared online account with cloud in our web interface, router on site, software in your PCs and readers. And that's all – you can get started!
